It's been 4 years since the puppies were born June 21, 2007. My most sincere gratitude goes to Dr.Kara Kostler, Dr. Beverly Purswell and the students and staff of VIRGINIA TECH in Blacksburg Virginia who put aside their personal grief and performed their duties in the wake of the tragedy that happened there on Monday April 16, 2007. In spite of the overwhelming sadness that everyone was feeling that week they carried on to show the true professionals that they all are. I will be forever grateful to them. Special thanks to future doctor Bridget Anderson (senior student) Dr. Dean Filipowicz and again Dr. Beverly Purswell for without them these puppies would not be here.
